I offer one on one coaching sessions. Every session can be recorded and sent to you as an MP3 download via Dropbox this is often a great reflection tool.

It is recommend you start with a 90 min session, then following your session up with a number of one hour sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis to help you through this process and reinforce the positive changes that you have made.

Most people may have between three to five coaching sessions.
