My Philosophy is to provide a safe environment for you to learn tools to manage anxiety. To work through strategies that help you to understand how to setup a healthy mind set, enabling  you to manage your emotions in a positive and resourceful way.

My main treatment tools are NLP, Hypnotherapy, meditation, and Reiki.
