This weekend retreat, A Pathway to Peace will help people to learn the art of relaxation through meditation and hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a state that allows you to tap into your own power so that you can use your imagination in a positive and productive way.

Meredith McCarthy is a registered clinical hypnotherapist who has been practicing hypnotherapy for over 25 years in Wellington. She also teachers hypnotherapy at the NZ school of professional hypnotherapists in Wellington and is passionate about sharing what she has learn to benefit others.

Over the weekend you will be introduced to 4 different styles of meditation. She will also explain what hypnotherapy is and demonstrate waking suggestion and guide you through the power of positive intention.

Meditation can give you a greater awareness of yourself and the world around you, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for life. Anyone can benefit when they take time out to get thoughtful about what they want and then begin to take action.

These tools can reinforce the positive changes that you may decide to make in your life.

Meredith has seen a growing trend in stress related disorders and feels that it is important to bring balance into the busyness of life and begin to slow down. As we slow down physically we can then listen to the inner wisdom that is there to help us to be guided through this life.

Good Meditation practice is a great gift that will keep giving back to you.

The Retreats starts on the Friday evening 6pm and finish Sunday afternoon 2pm so you have plenty of time to travel back and prepare yourself for the week.

The food that is supplied is Vegetarian.

Please note that no alcohol is permitted on these weekends.

    Castle Point in the Wairarapa We are staying at Eyrie Magic - a new 2-storey beach house that has the most amazing views and big decks room sharing will be a requirement and you will need to bring your own linen (Pillows and Duvets are provided). Everyone who attends this retreat will be given a FREE meditation CD of some the meditations that we do over the weekend.
