These retreats are all about creating A Pathway to Peace and help people learn the art of relaxation through meditation and hypnosis. Hypnotherapy is a state that allows you to tap into your own power so that you can use your imagination in a positive and productive way. Your guides on this retreat are Meredith McCarthy Clinical Hypnotherapist/mind coach.
This is your chance to get away for a weekend that will help you to find more peace in yourself.
You will be staying at a house called "Eyrie Magic", Castle Point in the Wairarapa, a two story modern home with rap around decks and panoramic views of the ocean. There are a number of rooms and dorm styled shared accommodation. We have had many retreats at this location and everyone that comes falls in love with the place. All meals a vegetarian and please respect our no alcohol policy on these retreats. If you have any special dietary or physical requirements please let us know so we can make your stay is as enjoyable as possible. There is only access to the property from the stair case so if you have mobility issues this retreat may not be suitable for you.

I love to work alongside others that share my passion for teaching and I have teamed up with other presenters and teachers that will help to guide you safely as you learn to reconnect with yourself in a holistic way.
Over the weekend you will be introduced to 4 different styles of meditation. I will also explain what hypnotherapy is and demonstrate waking suggestion and guide you through the power of setting positive intention.
Meditation can give you a greater awareness of yourself and the world around you, leaving you feeling refreshed and ready for life. Anyone can benefit when they take time out to get thoughtful about what they want and then begin to take action.
These tools can reinforce the positive changes that you may decide to make in your life.
I have seen a growing trend in stress related disorders And I feel that it is important to bring balance into life and begin to slow down. As we slow down physically we can then listen to the inner wisdom that is there to help us to be guided through this life.
Good Meditation practice is a great gift that will keep giving back to you.
